Welcome to Fieldstone Farm
We have a
large selection of bloodlines to choose from depending on your individual
preferences and personal tastes. All of our dogs are bred with one goal in
mind, to produce a working Border Collie that will be second to none.
Power, courage, stamina, and temperament are very important traits in a
working dog. With each new generation of dogs we breed, we strive to
produce a healthy, sound, athletic dog, capable of doing a hard days work on
the farm or ranch.
And if that is not enough, we also demand that our dogs
have an attitude and mental toughness that will enable them to be trained to
a level where they can compete with some of the best working dogs in the
world. To achieve these goals, a dog must be trainable and must want to
work as a team with their handler. A winning attitude is the final piece of
the puzzle needed in an outstanding work or field trial dog and we take it
very seriously. Let us help you find or train your next best friend, farm dog, or
field trial champion.
Thank you,
David and Christine Henry

WHAT'S NEW?
August 11, 2008: Fieldstone Holly left us today for greener pastures. It was a very sad day and the queen is truly missed!
David will be conducting two training clinics this fall. September 27 & 28 at Karen Thompson Lacy's farm in New Kent, VA and on November 15 & 16 at Becca Shouse's Irena Farm in North Carolina. Click here for more information.

David and Christine were videotaped at the
Edgeworth Winter trial on January 12, 2008 for a television special on working Border Collies to air
on the Animal Planet channel in Fall 2008. Pictured below is the video
crew filming Christine at the post with
Rook.

David and Christine were both invited to compete at the prestigious Soldier Hollow Classic Sheepdog Championship for the second year in a row (2007 & 2008). Handlers are invited based on top placings at major double lift trials and on current ranking at the top of the USBCHA points list. Although they were not able to travel to Utah to compete, it was a great honor to receive an invitation to this world class event.
